Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Dickens is a 1 y/o male who was found stray south of Houston. He is small and though he has gained some needed weight, he is still under 25 pounds. Dickens has been vaccinated, neutered, and microchipped. After two weeks in foster care, he is ready for find himself his forever home!
Dickens house manners are good with the use of a dog door. He has never been seen marking territory. He did not have good pack manners and has had to learn how to play with his foster siblings. He does well one on one now and has learned to art of not really biting! As a 1 y/o, he sometimes lives up to his name. Especially, if you want him to come when he is too interested in what he is doing! He does go into a kennel for meals on his own now but has free range of the home other times.
Dickens loves having people around. He will cuddle and is never demanding of your attention. He just likes to know you are near-by. He will do best with a family that is around most of the time and with no small kids. Dickens has gotten better about jumping up on you but does still want to puppy bite at hands occasionally! This sweet, loving boy is just waiting for the right family!
