Foster cat's bio for their adoption profile: Quiet Quiggley always wants to be where the activity is. He is not shy to come meet you, and will call to you to ask where you are or even to let you know his dish is empty. He loves to play with his siblings a foster sib dog. His favourite toys are strings, wands, balls, and laser pointers. Bare feet are his fetish - so cover those toes if you don't want kisses or even a pedicure!

More about this rescue

Since 1996 SCAT Street Cat Rescue's prime focus has been feral cats because of the limited options available for them. TNR is a successful option instead of the traditional trap and kill. The majority of the cats rescued by SCAT, however, are socialized and available for adoption. As the city grows, so to does the need for our services. Adopt, Donate, Volunteer, TODAY!
