Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Penelope spends her days patrolling the yard for squirrels and birds, watching the window for deliveries, and lounging in sunny spots. Her favorite way to end the day is definitely on a blanket or pillow beside you on the couch! She loves to be carried and would gladly stay in your arms forever.
Potty trained, happy to sleep in her crate all night, and good with other dogs. She doesn't like sudden loud noises like doorbells, but quickly goes to kisses when meeting new friends. She loves walks, though pulls on her leash and needs a little help with some manners. She is very food motivated and likes to play hide & seek with her treats.
In my ideal situation, I would stay in contact with Penelope’s adoptive family. She would be happiest with a child-free family, specifically she can be reactive to little kids (found out this last year with the birth of my daughter). She is the best little companion for a child-free home and caring owner. I love her dearly and want the best for her!
