Meet Archer! He is a 3 year old Australian Shepherd/Border Collie mix in Cleveland, OH and weighs 57 lbs. He is neutered, microchipped, up to date on shots (rabies, bordetella, and Da2PP), and on heartworm prevention. Archer hasn’t been tested around cats. He is good with kids (has been around children ages 4 & 10). He prefers to herd other dogs and can co-exist with them, but he doesn’t like to play with them. A shelter employee said he needs sedated for medical restraint, such as a blood draw. He is currently located at the Cleveland Animal Protective League. The shelter isn’t well-suited to house working dogs long-term. He needs to find a furever home as soon as possible!
