-This sweet boy came up with a group of hams we took from a rescue that pulls animals from kill shelters down south. He was born to one of the adult females they took in. He is very sweet and friendly and doesn’t mind being picked up and held! We recommend large size hamster cages for Syrians (critter trail cages are not sufficient), with lots of activities, things to climb on and chew, and solid bottomed wheels to run on, as well as a good healthy hamster diet supplemented with fresh foods.
