My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Birthdate:  12/14/2022

Breed: One of a kind

Weight:   74 lbs

Can't resist the joy of four-legged companionship? Do you feel that four legs and a tail are the best cure for a bad day? Let's talk about Jacob. A gem with the shiniest fur and a golden heart to match, Jacob has a gift for turning any frown upside down!

Every dog has its day, and Jacob is ready to embark on the adventure of his lifetime with a family who'll call him their own. Endearing with an irresistible love for cuddles, he promises to turn a lazy Sunday afternoon into a heartwarming huddle. With his extraordinary ability to bond, you'll never be lonely when he's around.

His exceptional sociability isn't limited to humans; Jacob shines as the ambassador of friendship among other dogs too. Nothing excites him more than engaging in playful frolics with his furry comrades. And at the end of the day, this loyal lad will stick close, a furry shadow reminding you that he loves being wherever you are.

With Jacob around, the sweetness in life just multiplied! Don't miss out on adding this delightful bundle of joy to your life. It's a canine love story just waiting to happen!

Walk-ins are welcome! Stop by during our open hours to meet our available dogs!!

Before you can adopt, please complete an adoption questionnaire on our website at pawscrossedny.org/dog-adoption-questionnaire. If you have any questions, please email us at adoptions@pawscrossedny.org for more information. Please understand that we cannot hold any pets. All adoptions are done on a first come, first adopt basis for pre-approved applicants.

The Shelter software system requires that we choose a predominant breed or breed mix for our dogs. Visual breed identification in dogs is unreliable so for most of our dogs we are only guessing at predominant breed or breed mix. We encourage you to select your new companion by considering each dog's individual personality and pet qualities instead of relying on a breed label that is only a guess.
