Cutie Kichona is always ready to play. Get out the wand toys and she will entertain you by stalking, scrambling, and jumping after them. A toy mouse tossed down the hall will send her running and a bit of tissue paper provides loads of fun. If she pauses for a drink, you’ll be amused by the cute way she scoops the water from her bowl with a paw. Mid-game, she might roll on her back and give you a glimpse of her belly. Play is clearly the way to this shy cat’s heart.
When playtime is over, Kichona prefers to keep a bit of distance. She enjoys chin scratches, but is less enthusiastic about pets on her back. She may not be a lap cat yet, but she does like to be near her person. She has synced to her foster’s daily schedule and sleeps at the end of her bed. If you’re working from home, Kichona might hang out on your desk and ask for occasional pets. She’ll even meet you at the door when you come home.
Kichona approaches new people and situations with caution and may need some time to feel comfortable in a new home. Patience and plenty of playtime will be a winning combination as you get to know each other. Once you earn Kichona’s trust, you’ll have a sweet companion who brings plenty of fun into your life.
Kichona is spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, and tested negative for FeLV and FIV. If you are interested in setting up a meeting or have more questions, please complete our Adoption Inquiry form !
