Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Flint's momma was a lovely white Great Pyrenees and from the looks of it, his daddy a handsome black breed of some sort. Besides being a gorgeous handsome boy, Flint is very well trained and knows his manners and commands.
Do you need a pal to go camping with, someone to tag along on hikes, and to local breweries? Well, Flint would love to be your pal. He is looking for his forever owner, and we would love to get him placed in a home.
Flint is located in New Braunfels. If you would like to meet Flint, please complete an application and we will gladly set up a meet and greet.
Flint is good with kids and cats and has been to doggy daycare and did well. It appears Flint may not have been socialized to many dogs as a puppy, but he does not react to other dogs when out on walks. Flint may pull without a special collar, especially if he sees squirrels, so a physically fit owner is recommended.
Flint is independent and exhibits intelligence and follows commands. He is food motivated which makes him easier to train and remarkably loyal. Responsive to commands like sit, down, roll over, stay, stop, no, crate, eat, touch, paw and look, he will sit when his food bowl is placed down and wait for the command “eat”. He thrives on a strict schedule. He is crate trained. Overall, Flint is a very content and happy dog looking for a home that will love him and appreciate all he has to offer! Is that you?
