Calling all Labrador Retriever enthusiasts! Gammy is a 4 year old lab mix who is now available for adoption. Gammy came to us from a partner shelter and is now looking for her new home. When it comes to manners, Gammy is a perfect lady keeping her kennel spotless. Gammy previously spent some time in a foster home where she did well with the fosters' dog, but turned her nose up to the idea of feline roommates. At just 4 years old and 81lbs, Gammy is prepared to live the life of a princess snuggling on your couch or a leisurely strolling to the park. We require all adopters to complete an application and pay an adoption fee. Adoption fees vary, but are usually $160 to $185. We may do a vet reference check and/or home visit.

It Takes A Village Rescue, Inc. is a non-kill 501(c)(3) rescue dedicated to doing what it takes to find loving homes for stray, abandoned, and surrendered animals, and to keep these animals safe and free from further suffering. Our mission is "To work as one in helping homeless animals irrespective of breed, location or circumstance." By working with committed volunteers, foster homes, veterinarians and partner rescues or shelters, we are able to rescue countless animals every year and provide them with loving temporary care as we work to find them well-matched forever homes. Although we do not discriminate based on breed, size or color, we have a particular interest in bully breeds, special medical needs, senior dogs, black dogs and other hard-to-place animals.
