Oh hi there! I’m Tigger! I was found outside as part of a neighborhood colony when I was about six months old. I was supposed to be TNR’d, but you know how the story goes….Surprise, I am a sweetheart, and I like people and the indoor life!
I am a shy girl and I need a very calm, quiet home, with adults only or gentle teenagers. While I can be nervous, I am very gentle myself. When I first came inside I had a kitty cold, and I let my helpers give me medicine, nebulize me and everything, without so much as a hiss! I need adopters who will give me time to relax and get comfortable, and who understand that it will take some time for me to relax and fully be my adorable little self!
I LOVE toys, and I will need a family who can spend a lot of time playing with me. I also really love other cats, and I need a home with at least one other playful, friendly cat who will play with me! (If you don’t have any other cats, check out some of my other friends who are available for adoption, one or two of them would love to join me in my new home!) I’m not sure how I am around dogs, but I think that they might make me nervous.
Things I LOVE include ball track toys, feather wands, my soft fluffy bed, and ear scritches! I adore pets, but I prefer if you let me come to you. If I’m not ready for the pets to stop, I will VERY gently pull your hand back toward me to let you know! Also, my helpers say I have such soft, soft fur they could pet me for days!
So that’s me! Maybe we can meet up for a game of feather wand, and see if you might be the family for me!
