My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Prissy is currently being fostered in TEXAS.
Prissy aka Prissy Pants. Prissy is apx 10 years old and 9.8 pounds.
She is a hoot. Prissy is sure to make you laugh on a daily basis. She always has her tongue out and a sideways tilty head.
She loves all dogs, cats and people.
Prissy has good potty manners to go outside but will use a pad if needed.
She is not fussy and is just genuinely a happy go lucky girl.
Prissy does have a bit of a neurological quirk, she does not love being picked up or held. She LOVES attention, being pet and doted upon, sitting on your lap, sleeping next to you and following you around. When you pick her up she will wiggle, turn her head very drastically and does not really seem to have control of this drastic head turn when she is lifted up. This is an involuntary action. We have no clue why she does this. It may be head trauma at some point but we are unsure. This truly does not effect Prissy’s quality of life and she is an extremely happy and loving girl.
She is chi/terrier mix and low to no shedding. She does not bark often but when she does bark it is just one single odd noise that sounds more like a screaming goat than a dog.
She is just special and will bring you years of joy
