My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Looks like: Large Breed Supermutt
Male, 8 years old (estimated), 60 pounds

As his name suggests, Spuds can indeed be a bit of a couch potato. But also just like potatoes, we'd be hard-pressed to find someone who didn't immediately love Spuds! He's everyone's favorite side dish! Spuds is the "greeter" wherever he goes. Whether it's a person or a pup, he greets everyone like an old pal. Mostly mellow with the occasional pep in his step, Spuds is really a perfect addition to so many different types of homes.

Spuds would do great as an only child or in a house with other dogs, as the highly adaptable pup he is. He's had limited interaction with kids. Although those interactions were very positive, we still want to make sure young children were respectful and all interactions were monitored before making a match. We also haven't yet seen him with kitties. Spuds does have stiff joints and needs supplements to help him get around. He also may need some help getting into high places, like cars. He also seems to be demonstrating some hearing loss.

This loveable guy came to us from Hitchcock Road Animal Services after being found as a stray.
