Hi, I’m Soni, a happy and sweet girl. I am young, playful and get along with other dogs. I have two Shar- Pei friends, Finn and Muffy, in my foster home, who are laid back like I am. I would do best with a calm, laid back dog friend. I have been very good on the leash. I enjoy walks and will walk beside my foster mom with gentle correction. I love my human foster sister and sit outside her door waiting for her to come out. I am crate trained and sleep in my crate at night. I am enjoying having two square meals a day. I have finished all my meds and now we’re just waiting for my coat to come back in. It should grow in quickly now that I am eating a more nutritious diet and scratching less. Now that I am healthy and feel well, I am learning how to be a puppy.
I am not a fan of car rides and do quite a bit of drooling, so short car rides would be best for me.

Upon receipt of your application, we will contact your vet for a reference and then arrange a home visit. Once this has been done we will try to match you with a Pei that you are compatible with. There is an adoption fee, which is explained on the application. All Pei are spayed/neutered, up to date on vaccinations and heartworm prevention and micro-chipped.
