Simon is a somewhat shy and skittish cat, but also shows a curious and playful side. Establishing trust and familiarity with him takes time, so he requires someone patient who can support him as he gradually opens up. Despite his initial reserve, Simon is remarkably sweet and is making great progress in becoming more receptive to pets.
Simon gets along well with other foster cats, including a senior cat, and he understands the importance of giving space. He would thrive in a household with an active adult cat or another playful kitten. Simon is bonded to Pearl.

Puppy Kitty NYC was founded in the Fall of 2014. As of July 2018, we are an official 501(c)(3) organization. We focus on three aspects: First, finding homes for abandoned or friendly street cats and kittens. Secondly, attempting to control animal overpopulation by spaying and neutering feral cats and helping the sick and injured. Thirdly, fostering is a must.
