My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

#A5601516 Cameo is a Siberian/German Shepherd puppy with piercing blue eyes and a sweet, affectionate nature.

  • 1-year-old, spayed female

  • Gray and white fur with icy blue eyes

  • Came to the Baldwin Park Shelter on 01/02/24 as a stray

  • 45 lbs

  • Soft, sweet, and loves attention

  • Cameo wants to give affection and get attention. She loves pets!

  • She’s a puppy, so she will need some training on the leash. Right now, she does a cute little bounce as she walks. We think she’ll grow into her stride!

  • She’ll also need basic command training, although she’s already eager to learn and will sit patiently for treats.

  • She shows signs of housebreaking.

  • Is great with other dogs!

  • Loves to explore and will go looking for something exciting to do.

  • Gentle and dainty

Cameo is a lovely girl who has a heart full of love to give her new family. Eager to become part of a pack, she’d love a home that will shower her with the love and affection she deserves.

More about this rescue

United Hope for Animals is a 501c3 non-profit organization committed to creating a world where our relationship with animals is guided by compassion and responsibility. We actively work toward bringing an end to the needless suffering of companion animals through community-based programs here at home and across the border.

The United States euthanizes more than one million dogs and cats each year. Through our Shelter Support Program, we work in partnership with local shelters to reduce this number by raising public awareness about shelter adoption and facilitating rescue and adoption of sheltered animals. In the process, we bring dignity and hope to the many lives that would otherwise pass anonymously through the animal control system.
