My story

Kenji will be 13 years old this year. I got him when he was 5 months old. Kenji enjoys snuggling and napping most of the day. He has been a great companion throughout the years but we now have a toddler and we are unable to give Kenji as much attention as we used to. We recently lost another dog who Kenji spent 10 years with. They were inseparable and it losing her affected Kenji greatly.

Our toddler is very active and is still learning boundaries with dogs. Kenji being a senior dog prefers to not be smothered by small children as it makes him anxious and we don’t want our child getting hurt. It is not easy to let go of your pet but we feel this is the best decision for our family.

Kenji will thrive with someone looking for a companion who is willing to give him attention and love.
