My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi everyone! I'm Thor. I came in by a resident stating I was found in Meijer parking lot. Given I am absolutely petrified, I need a home ASAP! After the resident dropped me off, the ACO discovered he was my owner and I need a new home because my human lost his job.
This explains more of Thor's behavior. Even though we can pet and give love to him, Thor flinches with every fast movement and loud noise. He's confused. He needs someone with patience that is willing to allow him to decompress at his own rate. Please contact Madison Heights Animal Shelter if Thor might make a great companion for you or your family. DOGS ARE AN ABSOLUTE NO due to his fear. If kids or other cats are in the home a meet-n-greet will be required prior to adoption.
