Roscoe turned 1 years old on February 14th, 2024. Loves treats, naps, toys, and rubs.

Roscoe does not have updated vaccs at this time as he does not get into the car. He has anxiety issues with cars and some layouts of steps. His last car ride was to his last vet visit 5 months ago. I think he associates car rides with vet visits now. He needs rescued by an experienced dog owner or an animal sanctuary to possibly increase his confidence.

No adoption fee required as Roscoe is just in need of an awesome replacement home due to relocation and special need care.
