Rusty is a very special dude here to us. He has been through so much and just cant quite open up or trust 100%. He is super sweet and wants the love but is scared of people. I guess that happens when you come from a hoarding situation with no love and affection. He loves to give kisses and get close but unsure of touch. He will need a home that has time and patience and wants to make things work. He really deserves it!
