Jacques is a handsome young cat (estimated DOB: 2/17/2023) with a shiny onyx coat and golden eyes. His foster mom describes him as a real treasure who is a great cuddler. If you’re looking for a little panther to snuggle up with you on these cold winter nights, Jacques is your guy!
Jacques was rescued along with his sibling after being put outside by his owner. He was found at a feral feeding station, and his rescuer reached out to PPAH.

All animals are already spayed/neutered, FIV/FeLV tested negative, micro-chipped, de-wormed and have all necessary shots. They are ready to go to a loving home. Adoption fee is $175.00..
