My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Miss Izzabella (aka Izzy) is an exceptionally beautiful copper colored dog with a sprinkling one white on her face, paws, and tail tip. She is such a sweetheart who loves people SO much that she freezes in a sitting position and stares up at her human and grunts. She will drop everything she is doing in order to be petted and hugged. She is a medium energy dog, who is happy hanging by herself or with her other dog pals at her foster home. Fully house trained, crate trained, and leash trained, she is ready to be your forever pal.
She still has a slight amount of puppy energy, and will explore your house looking for things to get into, so she will need a little work in that area. She loves to drag her bedding around with her, and will happily deconstruct your clean laundry pile. Recommend buying this pup plenty of toys and taking her on hikes and runs!

More about this rescue

We are a hound rescue who is passionate about saving death row pets from bad conditions. We medically rehab, vaccinate, and spay/neuter animals in need, and we find them great homes. We follow our hounds throughout their life, provide educational support to our adopters, and and we stand by our pets if they need to come back to us.
