Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Shaggy is a recent addition to the shelter as his owners had to surrender him. He is an exuberant 1-year-old mixed breed with a heart as warm as his love for playing in the snow. Shaggy is a spirited canine companion on a quest for a forever home filled with joy, laughter, and plenty of snow-filled adventures. If you're looking for a friendly, snow-loving sidekick, Shaggy could be your perfect match.
Personality:
Snow-Loving Enthusiast: Shaggy adores playing in the snow, making him the perfect companion for winter adventures. His excitement in the snow is contagious!
Friendly: Shaggy is a social butterfly who loves meeting new people and making friends. His friendly nature makes him a joy to be around.
People-Oriented: Shaggy thrives on human companionship and loves being around his people. Whether it's cuddling on the couch or playing in the yard, he wants to be by your side.
If interested, please call the shelter at 231-861-5395 and leave a message to be placed on this dog's adoption list. No obligation, but it reserves your place in line on the list. The shelter will contact individuals as they appear on the list.
Ask about adoption transportation assistance if you do not live in the local area.
The adoption fee is $95 and you receive certificates for $50 towards spay/neuter and $10 towards rabies vaccine if not already done. All dogs are heartworm tested, receive a DHLPP, flea and tick treatment, a bordetella vaccination and are dewormed.
