We love this boy, Vito. He's a 10-year-old Great Dane/pit bull mix. He was tied to a tree and abandoned by his owners. Animal control picked him up, and he lived at the shelter for 1 1/2 years, way too long for any animal to be locked up. We rescued him a few weeks ago, and he's one of the gentlest, most loving animals we've ever met. He would make a great family pet. Loves other dogs, cats, kids, and people. He loves affection, sleeping on the couch, and going on walks. He gets so excited to go on walks that he prances like a pony. Vito is about 70 pounds. He has many years ahead of him; please fill out an application if you're interested in this perfect boy.
