ADOPTION FEE: $625. Must live close in to RI
This supports all rescue dogs for vetting, foods and whatever they need.
We are all volunteers.
We are still learning about Marcus as he is new in our rescue. We do know that he is a sweet loving 3 year old little boy who gets along with children as well as other dogs. He has had only one previous owner that was traveling a lot for work and poor Marcus spent a lot of time in boarding, so finally his family decided to let us find him a new home.
He will be fully vetted when he arrives in Rhode Island for his meet and greets on Feb. 3. We will be choosing our applicants as soon as we find people we feel will be appropriate and set up private meeting appointments for Saturday Feb 3 or Feb 4 in Rhode Island. Your entire family MUST BE AVAILABLE to meet in order to adopt. THIS IS A REQUIREMENT, so if anyone is not available, please do not apply.
OUR PROCEDURE: We will choose the dog's possible family as soon as we see a match. We will phone you and further discuss . The dog will be in Rhode Island for a meet and greet. Please realize, it is our goal to get the dogs into the right homes as soon as possible and no shows are not good for the dogs and other serious dog families.
We will update as we learn more, so check back often for pictures and information.
If you can provide a FABULOUS home please file our free application (see link above) and tell us why we should let you adopt our wonderful rescue. The more you tell us the better picture we have of the home you can provide for our rescue
Once we have reviewed your application and think it is a match we will notify you. Please understand that as these dogs are fostered we do get to know them and have a good idea of their forever home. We do save applications, but you may put multiple names on one application. If you have already applied in the past, then please send us a message with your name and what dog you are now interested in being considered for and we will pull off the server. We do not choose by a first come first serve basis. So if the dog is still up on the site, consider the dog AVAILABLE. We do take down quickly when adopted. If you don't see any information you need to know, we probably don't have an answer....like cats...idk...
