This supports all rescue dogs for vetting, foods and whatever they need.

Oscar Background:
We don't know about his first home, but when he was adopted to his second home in December, someone adopted him in December, 2023, as a Christmas present. THIS WAS NOT A WANTED PRESENT AND poor Oscar ended up at a shelter in Arkansas, where we rescued him.
OSCAR is a mixed terrier breed and is as HANDSOME as he is SWEET.
Oscar gets along with all size dogs and is great with kids. He likes all people and is very social too. He loves toys, loves the outside and loves to run and play. Right now he has a dog dog so he does use it to go in and out to play and go potty. We are hoping to find someone with the same set up, and certainly a fenced yard.
Oscar will be in Rhode Island on Feb. 3. We will be choosing our applicants as soon as we find people we feel will be appropriate and set up private meeting appointments for Saturday Feb 3 or Feb 4 in Rhode Island.
^^^^ Your entire family MUST BE AVAILABLE to meet in order to adopt. THIS IS A REQUIREMENT, so if anyone is not available, please do not apply.
OUR PROCEDURE: We will choose the dog's possible family as soon as we see a match. We will phone you and further discuss . The dog will be in Rhode Island for a meet and greet. Please realize, it is our goal to get the dogs into the right homes as soon as possible and no shows are not good for the dogs and other serious dog families.
If you can provide a FABULOUS home please file our free application (see link above) and tell us why we should let you adopt our wonderful rescue. The more you tell us the better picture we have of the home you can provide for our rescue
Once we have reviewed your application and think it is a match we will notify you. Please understand that as these dogs are fostered we do get to know them and have a good idea of their forever home. We do save applications, but you may put multiple names on one application. If you have already applied in the past, then please send us a message with your name and what dog you are now interested in being considered for and we will pull off the server. We do not choose by a first come first serve basis. So if the dog is still up on the site, consider the dog AVAILABLE. We do take down quickly when adopted. If you don't see any information you need to know, we probably don't have an answer....like cats...idk...
