My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This sweet boy has been dealt a crappy hand and it's just not fair. He tested positive for FIV and Feline Leukemia. That's a first for us. But we are not going to let that keep us from finding him a wonderful, loving family. He needs to remain indoors and any other cats in the home need to be vaccinated against FeLV (Feline Leukemia). His family should not foster animals from the shelter or bring in strays, as Bubba's FeLV virus may shed, causing severe upper respiratory infection-like symptoms that may or may not respond to antibiotics, so lets keep him safe. And due to his health condition, we will consider placing him in a home without other pets, even though we know how much he loves having other kitty friends around. He is up to date on FVRCP, rabies, has been neutered and microchipped.

Make a reservation at the Cattyshack Lounge at https://www.cattyshackhuntsville.org/reservations. You do not have to be in the market to adopt to come visit! If you do find a kitty you want to adopt, your reservation fee (donation) will be deducted from the adoption fee. We are open Fridays 12pm-8pm and Saturdays 10am-6pm. Located at 2211 Seminole Drive, Huntsville, AL 35805 inside Lowe Mill Arts & Entertainment studio #1062. Enter the Mill through Door #4.
