Here's what the humans have to say about me:
We rescued Puma recently from his month-long stay at the Martinez shelter, thanks to their wonderful staff who brought him to our attention. At 12 years old, his family did not want him back after he was wandering the streets alone, more likely dumped. He does not stray from his foster mom and loves to sleep in the warm house.
Puma prefers to be the only dog and does have a bit of food guarding tendencies but he is an older gentleman so he’s more bark than bite in these scenarios. He’s good with cats and has lots of energy for walks and adventure, so long as it’s with his person or people. Puma is precious and we are cleaning his teeth so he will be ready for kisses! He’s around 15 pounds of love.
