Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Genghis is an older cat that does well in a quiet environment, with a reliable schedule. He is typically very loving and well mannered, however he has been growing more territorial and grumpy with age. He turns a vet estimated 14 this April. He is still incredibly lively, strong, and playful. He would thrive with another calm cat(s) to live with, as long as he has some area that is his space to relax in. He is affectionate towards kittens, but easily stressed when he doesn't have space to get away from the energetic play. If you are seeking a cat to alternate between stalking around the house sniffing things, sleeping in various places, cuddling you, and playing with cat toys, this is a good cat for that. He very much does NOT get along with children, dogs, or loud people. If you have a hectic home, he is not right for you. He does not do well with being alone. I am having to rehome him because as well as I adore him, I can no longer give him what he needs while living at college.
