Meet our adoptable dog of the day, Sugar!

Sugar came to us from an overcrowded shelter in Georgia, where she delivered her six beautiful little puppies (soon to be introduced). She gets her name because she is as sweet as sugar! 🧁🍭 She is so loving and just wants to be right in your lap and cuddle. She does great in the house, is potty trained, she enjoys going on walks, and enjoys most dogs. She has not been cat tested.

She is done, raising her brood and ready to escape motherhood to her forever home!🏡🐾🩷🦴

Sugar has all of her vaccines, microchip, and will be spay this week.

Southern Tails Rescue is a 501c3 nonprofit, supported by local community donations in order to ensure the physical and medical well-being of the dogs. We rely solely on the financial support of our donors’ generosity as well as any fundraisers we host, and the time and energy of our volunteers. We focus on rescuing dogs from rural shelters and streets in the surrounding areas of Charleston, South Carolina. We believe every paw has a tale.
