A gorgeous baby with a big name – ATTICUS MAXIMUS – was found as a very sick stray. He has been a very good patient through his recovery and is as sweet and laid-back as can be. The SCHS is going to be picky about where this boy goes, offering him only for local adoption to ensure he gets neutered on his already-scheduled date in March. He is available for adoption starting 1/20. To be considered, submit an adoption application through stanlycountyhumanesociety.org. The standard adoption fee is $100 cash or $105 debit/credit.
