My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Calling all dog lovers seeking a sporty companion! Meet Billie Jean, a friendly and athletic pup who's ready to be your one and only furry BFF! Billie Jean loves spending time with her humans and showers them with affection. While friendly, Billie Jean thrives in a home where she's the center of attention. She would prefer to be the only pet, allowing you to focus all your love on her. Walks and explorations in the park are her jam, offering endless opportunities to sniff out new scents. After a day of chasing squirrels and exploring, Billie Jean loves to curl up on the couch for a relaxing snuggle session. This athletic pup lives for a good game of fetch! Get ready for endless throws and lightning-fast retrieves. Billie Jean will keep you entertained for hours! Billie Jean is the ideal dog for an active individual or family who can shower her with love and attention. She'd be happy to be your running buddy, cuddle companion, and fetching champion, all rolled into one! If you're looking for a loyal, athletic dog who prefers to be your one and only pet, Billie Jean might be your "Smooth Criminal" match!

Their adoption process

1.

Submit Application

Visit our website at www.bwar.org/adopt and fill out our adoption survey. This helps us get to know you and make a good match.

2.

Visit the Facility and Find a Pet

We have all adopters to meet an animal at the shelter or in foster before taking them home. Dog adoptions currently require an appointment.

3.

Meet the Pet

Meet with our available animals and speak with one of our experienced adoption counselors. You may visit with more than one animal.

4.

Sign Adoption Contract

Once you have met your perfect match, most of our animals are ready to go home the same day! Most of our animals do have an adoption fee.

Additional adoption info

Brother Wolf Animal Rescue works to remove barriers in the adoption process and work collaboratively with our adopters. We ask that all adopters fill out our online adoption survey so we can learn more about you and help to make the perfect match. You can fill out the survey on our website: www.bwar.org/adopt.

Most of our animals are ready to go home with you the same day you meet them.

All animals are spayed/neutered, microchipped, and up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccines.

Adoption fees are refundable within two weeks from the date of adoption if the animal is returned.

Adopters are required to be at least 18 years of age.

Adoptions end at the Adoption Center’s scheduled closing time – 6pm Tuesday to Saturday.
