My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Tweedle Dee, born approximately 5/24/2023, is a very handsome, purrfectly classic Tuxedo gentleman and is such a sweetie. Tweedle Dee is a versatile little guy - a great mix of playful, cuddly, and curious all blended together in one perfectly fitted furry tuxedo!

Tweedle is shy at first, but once he knows his humans, he is an affectionate & polite kitty that isn't demanding and just goes with the flow. He will ask for pets or cuddles by lightly tapping on his human's leg or slowly & gently settling himself into a lap.

Tweedle Dee adores other cats, kittens & cat-friendly dogs and has exceptional kitty manners! He would make the perfect playmate for another cat, kitten, or dog, and a gentle friend to an older pet.

Tweedle would thrive in a quiet home with another cat or dog (or both) for company!

Why the tipped ear? Tweedle Dee was trapped in a colony with other cats that weren't used to human interaction. Since it wasn't determined if he was social at that time, his ear was tipped (routine when spaying/neutering feral cats) in case he wasn't social enough for adoption. But boy, were we in for a surprise with this sweet, quiet, gent, dressed up and dapper in his silky tuxedo!

Additional adoption info

Our $75 adoption fee includes: FeLV and/or FIV test, spay or neuter, microchip insertion and registration, age-appropriate up-to-date vaccinations, flea treatment, deworming, and any other medical care needed. Basic responsible pet ownership is annual wellness exams, booster exams, current rabies and distemper vaccines for cats & dogs. Dogs must be on heartworm prevention. Pet cats, inside or outside, must have tested negative FeLV/FIV, and proof of a negative test result is required. Cats and dogs in the household must be spayed or neutered.

An application with a vet-check and rental check, if applicable, is required before adoption. **To request an application, write petadoptions@sheetspetclinic.com.**

The adoption fee is refundable if during the two weeks after adoption you find that the cat isn't a match for your household. We'll assist in finding a better match. Even after the two-week period, we ask that our cats come back to us if the adopter is no longer able to care for the pet.
