My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Turtle

Meet Turtle! He is a 5 year old (as of February 2nd!) Catahoula/Boston terrier mix. Turtle is a big mush that loves to cuddle and get lots of pets and scratches! He is full of excitement and energy and would love lots of space to run around. Turtle has previously lived with dogs and cats, is very social and loves people, however he would do best in a home without small children. He is fully housebroken and knows basic commands. He is neutered and UTD on all vaccines. Turtles favorite place to be is wherever his humans are (mostly snuggled up in bed or on the couch) and will make a great addition to a family who loves to cuddle as much as him!

Go meet their pets

Our rescues are with fosters on the east coast. The location in which the foster resides should be listed with each profile.

We are setting up some adoption events now, but are free for private meet and greets if you are interested in one of our adoptable pets!

More about this rescue

We have a passion for senior animals. To be able to save an animal from dying alone in a shelter, to give it a chance to live out its last days/months/years in a home with the proper care and love it deserves, instead of a cold shelter, is what drives us to keep going.

We obviously have financial needs that come with rescuing senior dogs, so we will be rescuing puppies and younger dogs as well so we are able to care for our seniors.
