My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

My name is Baby and I am looking for a forever home who won't abandon me. My last home brought me to the shelter on new years day, when it was closed, let me out of the car with my housemate dogs and drove away. I was so scared that I hid in a shed. The good news is, that the shelter team found me, helped me learn to trust them, and now I am a happy wiggly girl who is ready to find a family. The shelter thinks I have a little bit of boxer in me, did you see my pout? I love to get the zoomies and play, but I'm mature enough to hangout and watch movies.

I am currently in a foster home who has learned this about me: She is the sweetest thing! Loves belly rubs. She is equal parts high energy and a couch potato. She loves showing affection and sometimes will play bite during this. I haven't seen any anxiety or aggression. No barking. A few accidents inside, but working on that. Does fine sleeping in a crate, but when alone during the day in a crate seems to have a little bit of anxiety (tore up her bed). Baby does fine with our beagle, but does seem resource guard her food, so keeping her separate during feeding times would be best. Eating and drinking fine. Seems to know commands like sit and come, especially when treats are involved. We just love her!
