My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

It is so hard to believe Aspen has not been swooped up for adoption! She is now one of our Diamond Dogs, which are the pets we highlight as the Diamond in the Ruff seeking their forever home. Her adoption fee has been reduced to $125.

Aspen is 4 months old as of April 1st. She loves playing with other dogs and loves a game of fetch. She enjoys ALL toys and is learning how to walk on a leash. She loves cuddling and sleeps well in her crate.

Her adoption fee also includes her spay, three rounds of puppy vaccines, a rabies vaccine, dewormed, microchip and registration and a single dose of heartworm prevention.

We do not have a facility to house the dogs in our program. They are all kept in foster homes until they are adopted. Adopters will complete an adoption app. If he/she has a pet, we will check their vet reference and a home visit is not needed (as long as the vet reference is current). All pets must be up to date current on Heartworm prevention and S/N. If a home visit is needed, we will complete that ASAP--as we don't want any delays in the adoption process. The adoption fees are listed here: https://legacyhumanesociety.org/adoption-fees/. There is a 5-day grace period to make sure he/she is a good fit for your family. A full refund will be issued if the pet is returned within the 5-day trial period.
