My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

*Name: Rudy

*Age: Est DOB 12/1/23

*Current Weight: 15 lbs

*Adoption fee: $550 (plus $150 spay/neuter deposit, see below for more information)

Rudy is an amazing male Catahoula/Hound mix. He's already stealing hearts with his charming personality and sweet demeanor. Rudy is a true social butterfly, always ready to make new friends, be it two-legged or four-legged. Super sweet, friendly, and loving describe Rudy perfectly. He's a bundle of joy who thrives on affection and is always eager to share his love. Rudy is a great companion for families looking to add a furry member who will fill their home with warmth and happiness. Rudy would thrive in an active family setting. He loves outdoor adventures, whether it's playing fetch in the backyard or going for long walks. An environment that encourages his playful nature and provides opportunities for socialization would be perfect for this spirited pup. He adores the company of other dogs and would make an excellent playmate for a furry sibling. His friendly nature extends to humans too, making him an ideal addition to a family that enjoys spending quality time with their pets. Let's make Rudy's journey from rescue to forever home a tale of love, laughter, and a lifetime of wagging tails!

IMPORTANT: This dog has not yet been altered. SNARR requires a $150 deposit in addition to your adoption fee, as well as a strictly enforced Spay/Neuter Contract stating you will have this dog altered within 6 months of adoption. The $150 deposit will be returned once the contract has been fulfilled.

More about this rescue

SNARR Northeast Animal Rescue's mission is "Giving Hope to the Hopeless.” SNARR stands for Special Needs Animal Rescue and Rehabilitation. We do focus on animals with special needs but we also rescue perfectly healthy dogs as well! SNARR works with municipal shelters all over the country to save animals at risk for being euthanized. Our dogs (and cats) are all in foster homes prior to being adopted.
