My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Hattie!
Hattie thrives on physical affection, showing her contentment with a happy wag of her tail every time she receives pets. She seeks out the gentle touch of human hands, finding comfort and joy in the simple act of being petted.
Not only does Hattie enjoy the affectionate side of life, but she also takes treats well.
Above all, Hattie dreams of a home where she can share her limitless love and enjoy endless sessions of pets and cuddles. She longs for a family that appreciates the joy of having a sweet, affectionate dog who`s always ready to give love and receive it in return.
Hattie is searching for a family that values the companionship and affection a devoted dog can bring. She would thrive in a home that offers her plenty of love, attention, and, of course, the occasional treat.

Additional adoption info

If you are interested in adopting one of our dogs....great!! The first step is coming in and meeting the dog in person. If you have any small children or other dogs in the household we do recommend that you bring them in for an introduction. If you are interested we would have you complete an adoption application. We do not require fenced in yards. All dogs are spayed/neutered, microchipped, heartworm tested and fully vaccinated, and the adoption fee is $125 which also includes a current dog license for Lucas County. We do adopt out of state and to other counties, but the dog would need to leave our facility with a current license. We do hold adoption events and have reduced adoption fees for specials throughout the year. Please check out our FaceBook page for events.
