My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Guinness was seized from his owner by animal control as part of a cruelty investigation. He was severely malnourished. We are so grateful to be put of his journey to a better life. Guinness has put on weight nicely and has adjusted well to the pampered life. He gets along with dogs of all sizes but needs slower introductioms to dogs who are his size or larger as he can be dominant initially. Once he is comfortable, he is great with xl dogs as well.Guinness has spent alot of time around young children and is great with them but can knock them down on accident. He likes to go for walks but does pull pretty strongly on the leash. He is crate trained and normally very quiet. His foster mom says that he absolutely loves toys! Guinness is 2 years old and he is ready for a family that will give him the life he should have had all along.

Additional adoption info

The adoption donation varies on the age, breed and vet care provided. All of our dogs receive all necessary vaccines, spay/neuter, microchip, and dewormings. All of our long haired dogs are professionally groomed and our senior pups receive a dental. After filling out an adoption application, one of our team members will check your vet reference and set up a time for you to meet the dog. We do a home check as part of the adoption process and all members of the household (human and canine) must meet the dog prior to finalizing the adoption.

More about this rescue

We are a 100% foster based rescue organization. We do not have a facility that you can visit as each of our dogs live in foster homes until they are adopted. We run off of donations and every dollar helps!
