My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Oh Mickey your so fine..... your so fine you blow my mind..... HEY MICKEY ..... HEY MICKEY....

This gentle giant, despite his size, is the biggest lap dog you'll ever meet.  He loves spending time with his humans and aboslutely loves all the attention and affection.  Mickey knows age is just a number and hasn't let his "senior" dog years set him back.  He enjoys long walks and soaking up the fresh air!

Mickey is a survior, he has overcame a cancer diagnosis and with surgery, they feel they got it all!  We are working hard on his skin allergy treatments and Mickey thus far is thriving in his loving foster home.  He prefers to live his "senior years" in a free roam house, with no crate.

More about this rescue

We are a animal rescue and sanctuary in Florida that strives to not only rescue animals in need, but educate the public and advocate for animal welfare. We have been working in the rescue world for years and want to help make a change not only by saving animals, but by starting at the source of the problem. We save animals from the shelter and off of the streets, vet them, interview adopters, and adopt them out to safe homes. We go out to the public to educate on animal population control and welfare.
