My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Penny! This beautiful tuxedo girl will be the royal star of the day, DAILY, in your home.

This cutiepie is a quiet, quirky cat who is loving on her own terms. She is living in foster care with multiple cats but prefers to be either an only cat or have only one other cat roomie. She tolerates dogs so there are many households that will be a purrfect match.

Penny will sit with you and let you pet her until the queen in her says that's enough for now, my loyal and adoring subjects. She likes to exist next to you in her own world so she is the perfect companion for binge-watching YOUR show that the other humans think is silly. Or, maybe they don't want to watch you studying the tactics in SNAPPED or Dateline. Penny doesn't care what you wanna watch as long as you are nice to HER Majesty. In fact, even if you're watching TWD or Stranger Things, she will grow bored quickly and may fall asleep anywhere. Penny sleeps on her back stretched out in the middle of the dining room floor sometimes because sometimes it's just so tiring being in charge all day.

Got a cat tree (if not a throne)? or can't reach the top shelf of the bookcase? PURRFECT! Because Penny loves to climb up high and perch majestically, surveying her kingdom. She can be your year-round feline elf on a shelf. She might also like to be your window decoration as she keeps a watch over the neighboring villagers.

Penny is silky soft and beautiful, spayed and up to date on her vaccines. All of our kitties have been combo tested for feline leukemia and FIV.

We encourage a trial home visit and we will ALWAYS take back any cat that is adopted from us.

Let us know if you would like to meet Queen Penny of Carolina by filling out the application.
