My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Jumper is friendly to people and not really skittish around new people – he’ll usually come investigate / brush up against new people unless he is too busy being cozy to get up. I don’t think I’ve ever seen him meet a person he didn’t like. He isn’t so much a lap cat as a foot-of-the-bed cat, but he likes to be in the same room as his person and he is affectionate. He’s had mixed success living with other pets – he’s gotten along well with some housemates’ cats and dogs and not others and sometimes it took time to learn to coexist. He is an indoor cat, but he enjoys looking out windows. He’s really sweet and endearing and has been a great pet. He’s incredibly cute, he likes to curl up by your legs in bed (look forward to some cuddly mornings!). He is comfortable being picked up and will let you hold him like a baby (though not for that long… he has places to be). If he’s in a cuddly or sleepy mood (which he usually is), you can get a purr out of him in like 30 seconds.
