My name is Turbeau!

Turbeau aka Beau we adopted from Forsyth Human Society in March of 2021. He has come out of his shell and worked on his manners of learning to live inside. He is an energetic and curious boy who loves to play fetch and then is also content to cuddle. He lives with a doggy sister and several cat siblings- gets along with them all. He is protective of food and toys which we have worked on. He enjoys walks and has done well learning to walk with a gentle leader. He is reactive to other dogs when on walks, especially littler dogs. Beau has lots of separation anxiety and general anxiety with new or unknown situations which we have found medication to work best making him more comfortable. He is crate and house trained. He thinks of his crate as his safe place.
He would love to be in a home where he is the only dog or a larger female dog. He very much would love to be the center of attention. He also would need a home with no young children.
