Labs are ranked among the favorite dogs in America for years because they are friendly, loyal, and trainable. It so happens that sweet Sue is a black Lab mix. She is 9 months old, weighs 45 lbs. and will be medium (up to 60 pounds) sized when full grown. She is friendly, beautiful, and may just steal your heart!
Sue is working on training, and she is learning fast. She knows the command sit and walks well on a leash. She is still getting the hang of house and crate training. Sue is a quick study, and as with any dog, repetition and consistency are key to long-term success in mastering skills, socialization, and good behavior.
Sue is a friendly gal who gets along well with children, other dogs, and virtually anyone she meets. She has not been introduced to a cat since coming into rescue. She is playful and likes people. Sue is ready to find her forever home. She would do well with one person or in a family.
What matters most is a home where she can continue to learn, play, and have people who return the love and loyalty that she is sure to give. Is Sue the new family member you are looking for?
The adoption fee for Sue is $500. That includes the cost of spaying/neutering, up to date vaccinations, foster care, rescue and transportation fees.
