Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hey there, I'm Bear! My foster parents named me Bear since I'm so big and fluffy. It turns out it's super appropriate because I love finding my "caves" and taking naps and chilling out. You might find me under your bed for example! But don't worry, when I come out I'll let you know I want attention. I LOVE being picked up and getting head scratches. Do that and I'll be making all the biscuits in the world. I'm super sweet and chill and you'll find that out for sure! If I'm not in my cave I'm usually right up under you waiting to be picked up and I will start purring immediately.
Are you interested in adopting Bear or another JCAPL pet you have seen? You'll need to start by completing an adoption application, available online at our website: www.jcapl.org. There is no obligation to adopt by completing an application, however, we do recommend submitting an application as soon as you find an animal you are interested in. We review applications in the order they are received.
Completed applications can be sent via email to adopt@jcapl.org , faxed to 919-300-5524 or delivered in person by visiting us at one of our adoption events on Saturdays at PetSmart in Garner (White Oak Shopping Center).
We will contact you as soon as possible once we receive your application.
