All adoptions include spay/neuter surgery, current vaccinations, microchip with registration,and animal license within the City of Stockton or San Joaquin County. All animals adopted from our facility are required to be altered.

Go meet their pets

The Stockton Animal Shelter is open for adoptions Tuesday through Sunday from 12 pm to 5 pm and on Wednesday from 12 pm to 6 pm.

The Animal Protection League holds off-site adoption events at Pet Smart located at 10520 Trinity Parkway in Stockton from 11 am to 3 pm on Saturday and Sundays.
