She is 1 year old and weighs 8 pounds.

We had another busy week with Luna. She has been having so much fun playing with our dogs. We are still working on not biting so hard when she plays. A good shake of a soda can filled with coins does the trick to end the behavior. She enjoys taking walks through the neighborhood with no reactivity to people or other dogs. She has excellent potty habits, sleeps like a baby through the night and has a ferocious appetite. She will make someone an excellent companion. Luna is one year old, 8 pounds of high energy and is staying with Nancy in Williamsburg, VA.

1. Fill out an adoption application on our website.
2. We contact the adopter for an interview.
3. We REQUIRE a home visit.
4. Our adoption donation is usually $250 to $500 for a dog but may be more if the dog is very young.
5. There is a legal contract that must be signed. The Yorkie can never be sold, given away or dropped at a shelter. We ALWAYS want our Yorkie back.

We are Yorkshire Terrier rescue. We help people find the Yorkie they have been looking for and we help the people who have a Yorkie they cannot keep. We work in PA, NJ, WESTERN NY, DE, MD and sometimes other states as necessary. Yorkies are our passion - the big ones, the old ones, the sick ones. The Yorkies no one else will take. We vet them and find loving homes.
