My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Stitch has been with us since April of 2021. We thought we would find Stitch a forever home, but the pandemic hit, and Stitch got left with us. Now, we are determined to find Stitch a forever home. Yes, he is a senior but full of life and love. He is the best keeper of secrets, so if you are looking for someone to sit in the sun and talk about life with - Stitch is your man.

More about this shelter

We are an N0-Kill 501c3, a nonprofit organization located in rural Mississippi County, Arkansas.

We started rescuing the dogs of Mississippi County that the local humane society did not have the resources to save in 2018. We save those who have medical and emotional needs. Those who may never be adoptable.

We assist the Mississippi County Sheriff’s office with investigating and prosecuting animal abuse cases.

We are the voice for the voiceless.
