My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi there! My name is Muzzie, and I am a 15-year old Chihuahua Mix who weighs 18.1 pounds. My brother is Jackson and we are a bonded pair! We have spent our whole lives together.

Sadly, our owner passed away and we found ourselves in an animal control facility in Chicago. We are hoping to find a quiet, calm home to live out our golden years. I am house trained and paper trained. I use the doggy door to go outside. I am very friendly and outgoing.

We would do best in a calm home that stays at a slower pace. My favorite activities are to snuggle up with Jackson and our humans. We are seniors but we’re in great shape and we promise to be the best companions!

Our adoption fee is sponsored. There is a $15 fee, per dog, for rabies registration for McLean County residents.

She has been spayed, microchipped, vaccinated, heartworm checked, dewormed, and is on flea and heartworm preventatives.
