I would like a family with a house with yard, kids and a friendly dog friend that can be my pal.  I was found on side of road tied to a tree (oh my goodness ) Charlie   is a male 12  week old and 22 lb Lab mix.  He loves people.  He is a semi energetic, very affectionate lad that likes playing toys and then come snuggle with you on the couch or bed.  He  is an indoor dog that will enjoy daily walks/hikes and some dog training as he grows up.  No apartments.
