My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Affectionate, goofy, and totally gorgeous!

Meet Vampire Slayer! This fabulously fluffy girl is ready to "slay" your heart, and is guaranteed to charm anyone she meets! Vampire Slayer, known as Buffy in her foster home, is half kitten, half bunny, and 100% perfect. While her care may look a little different from other kitties, she loves to snuggle and play just like any other kitten!

Vampire Slayer has Manx Syndrome, and as is common with Manx cats, her spine is shortened and didn't develop normally. As a result, she doesn't have a tail and her back legs are wonky - which is why she looks a bit like a bunny as she hops around! She is also incontinent, and needs manual expressions about three times a day to help her go potty. It's pretty straightforward, and doesn't take much time to care for her! Once you get the hang of it, it could take no more than 15 minutes a day; APA! will show you how to manually express Vampire Slayer and make sure you are comfortable with it.

Vampire Slayer is a goofy and energetic kitten, and hops around the house at lighting speed, "slaying" every toy in her path! She loves to play with the other kitties in her foster home, and she would love to find a forever home where she can have kitty playmates! She has never met a dog, but would likely do just fine with a slow introduction.

While Vampire Slayer may need a little extra care, including manual expressions, a daily medication, and the occasional booty bath, she will repay her humans in endless purrs, snuggles, and hilarious kitten antics! Her foster parents would love to tell you more about this very special kitten and answer any questions you have about her needs - contact us today to arrange a meet-and-greet!
